The newly released version 10.2.1 brings some new features including the new incoming call screen, support for group messaging over email and SMS, lock screen now supports picture passcode system and also includes actionable notifications. This new version also includes an improved battery reporting and a new offline mode for web browser. It will also enable the FM Radio feature in the BlackBerry Q5, Q10, and Z30 smartphones.The update will be available for every BlackBerry 10 devices
